Saints have made wonders that average men have not made. They have become the person that God wants them to be. It is through God which makes them someone like that. They have been inspired to change the lives of the people.

Saints have helped people so much. They have done things which they have not done to themselves. One man that we know have been so loving to the world which he sacrificed everything just for God. You will definitely know about this man when you read his story. Saint Francis Of Assisi biography can give you the sparkle of what life is really about.

Saint Francis owns the zodiac of Sagittarius. He was given birth on November 26, 1182. His mother, Pica de Bourlemont introduces him to the world in Assisi. His father, Pietro di Bernardone came from a wealthy family. His mother also came from a notable family. He was christened as Giovanni which was changed to Francesco.

He is known as the patron of ecology. He is the founder of Order of Friars Minor. The Order was later noted as Franciscans. He is known to be the primary Italian poet which all his writings used the jargon of Umbria. He never uses Latin words.

Francis was lucky that he came from an affluent family because all his needs are given. When he was young, his life was pretty opposite. He is recognized to be the usual bad boys in the household yet everything was changed when his heart was touched and his eyes were awakened by God. He lived his life helping and helping the needy.

When the war broke between Perugia and Assisi in 1202, Francis decided to take his place in cavalry which changed his life ultimately. When the men were under attack, several soldiers have been wounded and some have died. When Francis was held captured in the arms of the enemies, he feared that they might kill him but they do not. They held him in exchange of a ransom. All the wealthy soldiers were asked for a ransom.

When he was freed, all the painful mark inside him can no longer be washed out. Even if he sees himself out of the war and the gruesome enemies, the wound that has been carved inside his mind and body will never be erased. The tragic incident had also changed his life.

Francis wants to help in building the church yet there is not enough funds for it. What he did is he stole a horse and a bolt of cloth from his father to raise money which makes his father ultimately angry. When he was held captured, the Bishop then told Francis to return everything he stole from his father.

He also received a vision from Christ which left him the stigmata. It resembles the wounds that Jesus Christ had experienced when he was crucified. He then died on October 3, 1226 in Assisi, Italy. He died at the age of 44.
