The person should know how to interact with marketers and designers at all levels.

It is goods to work with someone who has been in the theater before and worked on a lot of projects because it becomes easy for them to use their experience in dealing with a current project. That knowledge is essential in letting one look at their vision and uses some of the past knowledge to handle a current situation.

These individuals should work towards creating a platform that can support the story at any cost. The person should learn how to lead and also know ways of managing people.
