When it gets to this point, the budget must also be assessed. The reason behind doing this is because there will be a sense of going for someone that charges beyond your market valuation. One can only work within the confines of their budget and should not be coerced into spending anything more.

To sum it up, the research conducted has a crucial role to play because it is from the facts you get that decisions will be made. At this point, all the available channels must be exploited to ensure that nothing is to chance.
